Description
HR Recruiter opportunity available on a permanent basis working for an established company based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time role based at their Halifax site Monday-Friday.

Duties and responsibilities of the role:

  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Networking with various institutions and social media.
  • Handling of administration and recordkeeping.
  • Designing and implementing an effective recruiting system for the organization.
  • Assist with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Visas.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience required in the role:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience in Tier 1 & 2 Visa is essential
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
