Our client is recruiting for an experienced NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualified Children's Residential Team Leader.

The role involves delivering the highest standards of care, protection, and support to children and young people, focusing on their physical and emotional development.

The goal is to create a therapeutic home environment that enables young people to grow and develop to their full potential.

The home specialises in caring for children and young people aged between 6-17 with emotional and behavioural problems. The position is based at a 2-bedded children's home in Burntwood, Staffordshire. Ensuring the welfare and happiness of the children and young people are paramount at all times.
Providing training and career development opportunities for staff.
Working within a flexible 24-hour rota system, including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to undertake training.
Full UK driving licence or working towards gaining a full driving licence.
Diploma level 3 in Children and Young People.

Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a caring environment with young people.1 year experience in team leading/senior roles.
