Machinist - Manufacturing - Ipswich - £ ph DOE


Are you a Machinist based in Ipswich who is looking for a new challenge? If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you to join a progressive York based industrial engineering and manufacturing organisation.


The company are global leader in fluid engineering, with two centuries of experience developing innovative products and services that drive sustainable progress and are continuously growing with sites situated across UK.


The Machinist will be responsible for:

  • Manual machining of bespoke components
  • Measure and record build tolerances
  • Ability to determine parts which require repair
  • Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients

Required experience:


  • A recognized Electrical / Mechanical engineering apprenticeship background
  • Exeperience of using Lathes
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Strong customer service skills
