    We are looking for a Junior Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team in London, and expand its support of cross-departmental needs.

    You Will:

    • Engage in hands-on creation and collaboration on world-class design across digital and print assets, including websites, content, decks, and physical events
    • Be responsible for ensuring that the growing volume of deliverables are both completed on time and aligned with our style guides and high-quality standards
    You have:
    • 4-5 years of experience as a designer across multiple disciplines
    • Mastery of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • An online design portfolio demonstrating strong graphic principles
    • Experience using GenAI tools such as Midjourney
    • Experience in the interplay of color, typography, iconography, imagery, data, and other assets in order to create compelling visual experiences
    • Experience managing expectations and timelines in an effective and efficient manner
    • Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
