The Centre for Educational Leadership is an established and distinctive centre within the IOE's Department of Learning and Leadership with around 50 staff.
CEL aims to be the first port of call for educational leadership and innovation in the UK and, increasingly, the world.
About the role:
We currently have a number of Programme Administrator posts available immediately ending on the 30 September 2026 in the first instance, within the Centre for Educational Leadership (CEL).
CEL Leadership programmes are delivered at UCL Institute of Education or on-site through our partnership with Teaching School Hubs, multi-academy trusts and local authorities.
The role of the Programme Administrators is to provide comprehensive and high-quality administration for CEL Leadership programmes, providing an administrative service to participants, facilitators and ECF / NPQ delivery partners, working in close collaboration with other CEL programme administrators, CEL programme leaders and professional colleagues from schools.

About you:
You will have experience of administrating programmes with an awareness of the issues involved along with experience of data management systems and providing management information reports with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and liaise with a range of people, internal and external to the organisation using tact, discretion and diplomacy.
