HMP Group are recruiting on behalf of our client who are one of the UKs leading providers of behavioral care and specialist support services to adults and young people.

We are seeking to appoint full-time
Therapy Team Leader at my clients site in Royston.

About the Role:

To provide Clinical Management and Leadership to the Therapy Team. This includes being a visible role model and mentor.

The post-holder has responsibility for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of care. To oversee and continuously develop all of the Therapy offerings including; outpatient, day-care and inpatient treatment.

As well as providing line management to employed, bank and sessional team members; including Therapists, Therapy Assistants, Dieticians and Complementary Therapists.

The role will also involve being a member of the Senior Management Team; contributing to discussions around business development and clinical governance.

About the Location:

My client is located in Old Woking, Surrey, is a highly respected private rehabilitation centre, leading the way in addiction and eating disorder treatment.

For more than a decade, Life Works has been helping to improve the wellbeing of each individual that seeks support with us, by using tried and tested treatment methods, delivered by our clinically excellent team.

My clients site is an adult only service and the CQC recently rated our service as overall "Good" and found our family programme to be "Outstanding"

All treatment is provided from a Grade II listed building and associated Cottage with a 2 acre walled garden.

Our evidence-based treatment programmes are delivered by a multi-disciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, therapists, mental health nurses, a dietician who work together seamlessly to ensure that our clients receive the very best treatment from the most appropriate specialist for their needs.
