    IT Project Manager/Tech BA for Surveillance: London, United Kingdom

    The primary responsibility of this role, which is part of the IT division, is to lead the development, arrangement, and execution of the trade surveillance plan and strategy. This entails monitoring the consequences of any new business initiatives, overseeing BAU support on behalf of global compliance, and developing a worldwide plan for the implementation of trade surveillance.

    The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the Middle Office IT Lead and other pertinent parties in the areas of technology, corporate operations, compliance, and front office to ensure regulatory compliance, define standards and goals for architecture, support development teams, and create product roadmaps.

    Experience

    Key competencies:


    • Paying attention to each phase of the project life cycle, from gathering requirements to putting the work into practice and finishing it.

    • Proven track record of integrating technology in commodities trading or financial services;

    • A history of producing deliverables for products and/or business research with an emphasis on regulations


    • Shown practical experience with business analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and deadline management; ideally, this experience includes providing technology solutions in an agile setting.


    • Demonstrated proficiency in enabling the launch of new goods, markets, and surveillance scenarios while ensuring comprehensive coverage.
