Open and manage Emma's first store in Manchester, located in Arndale Shopping Centre.
Coordinate with multiple external service providers required to sustainably run a store.
Create a customer centric & business oriented atmosphere with an Emma DNA work for sleep experts (sales staff).
Develop and run impactful tests to improve revenue, customer experience, or store traffic.
Be an inspirational example for team members by high performance and complete ownership.
Collaborate and support your team to develop impactful tests to further improve store performance.
Relevant experience as a retail store manager (2-3 years).
~ Ability to structure your thoughts to support the growth of your store: balancing customer and business interests.
~ You have completed a graduation degree in (Retail) Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or marketing is a plus
