- You will work planning collating and processing information for all premium spaces giving a world class service to our customers both in the lead up to a show and on show days to deliver a seamless experience.
- Work closely with all other departments (F&B, Marketing, Ticketing and Operations) to ensure a smooth and effective process for delivery of shows.
- Work side by side with our premium account managers to ensure all client fulfilment is met for every event.
- Support all teams with new technology coming into the department ensuring a smooth transition for the team and our customers.
- Manage a casual welcome team, to include rotas, use of HR system, training, and recruitment. Assist the welcome team on show nights and be confident to sort any customer issues.
- Manage the premium ticketing function to ensure tickets are distributed to all premium guests in a timely manner.
- Manage the production and issuing of all premium lanyards and tokens for each event.
- Producing and issuing event function sheets and other premium event related administrative tasks.
- Working closely with the marketing team to support and promote premium packages on social media platforms.
- Assist the Head of Premium Sales and the Premium Sales Manager with the requirements for new ventures, products including networking and delivery of these events.
- Any other duties required by the Head of Premium Sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Ability to create and manage excellent customer relationships.
- Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve where necessary.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Previous use of ticketing systems is an advantage.
- An understanding of social media in a professional environment.
- Previous people management experience is an advantage

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Premium Sales as an integral part of the team the role is to plan, fulfil, deliver and execute delivery of hospitality/premium for all events across all products and premium spaces contributing to a world class experience for all of our customers at every touchpoint.

first direct arena is the major entertainment venue located in the vibrant city centre of Leeds, hosting live music, comedy, entertainment shows and sporting events.
Salary
£25,000 per annum
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week (including weekend and evening work on events shared between the team)
