Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate lawyer with between 2-6 PQE to be based from our Cardiff, Reading or Southampton office.

This position represents an excellent opportunity to build strong foundations for a prosperous career whilst being exposed to top quality corporate work.

We operate a flexible working policy with currently two teams' days per week in the Reading office.

Private Equity / Venture Capital

~ You will have between 3 and 6 years' PQE and relevant corporate law experience gained with a recognised regional or London commercial firm.
