- Perform planned inspections and maintenance in line with legal, technical, manufacturer, and contractual requirements.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance needs, diagnosing faults and resolving issues.
- Maintain and enhance health and safety standards across the network.
- Conduct site surveys as needed and adhere to on-call schedules.
- Generate accurate documentation for both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain meticulous records of electrical testing, high voltage, and safety documents for audit purposes.
- Deliver reports promptly and to a high standard.
- Assist during commissioning and onboarding processes.
- Ensure work meets technical quality, reliability, cost, and productivity standards.

- Physically demanding outdoor work; able to operate in all weather conditions.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Join GRIDSERVE as a Field Service Engineer and play a vital role in maintaining EV Chargers at customers' sites. You'll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, including installations, preventative measures, and corrective actions. Keeping meticulous records and timely reporting are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you'll oversee third-party contractors when necessary and collaborate with external stakeholders like suppliers and partners.
