Salary:
Up to £50,000 per annum plus car allowance

MIDAS is working with a highly successful and commercially focused Lancashire-based construction company who are approaching their centenary anniversary and act as a long-term construction partner to clients in the health, education, commercial and local authority sectors.

Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times
Management of site teams and co-ordination of site activities
Ensuring all method statements and risk assessments are appropriate and in place in advance of the works
Assisting in the delivery of safety and environmental management systems and project compliance
Ensuring project is delivered on time, budget and to the client's satisfaction

You will be an experienced Site Manager with strengths managing refurbishment and extension projects with values up to £10 million across the healthcare and educational sectors.

You will be skilled in monitoring and controlling costs against budgets and demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude towards health and safety.

Good planning skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritising tasks and monitoring progress against plan, making alterations where necessary.
