Amazing Office Manager role at brilliant Film Production company

Our client is looking for a fantastic Office Manager to join their successful team.

The company is creative, dynamic and fun.

They are looking for someone who is confident, highly organised and proactive to be their new Office Manager, based in their lovely central London offices.

Salary:
c £30k DOE


Duties will include:

  • Planning quarterly social events for the company
  • Organising ad hoc couriers and cars
  • Maintaining an accurate Purchase Order Tracker for any purchases made for the company
  • Liaising with building management about any required repairs, certificates, health and safety or additions to the office
  • Managing internships
  • Weekly food/drinks shop
  • Overseeing staff holiday tracker
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Maintenance of the boardroom calendar


This is a role with brilliant growth potential and would suit someone who is keen to kick start their career in the Film Industry.

Ideally you will have minimum 6 months to a year admin experience and be confident with Excel and PowerPoint.
