    Please note - This role will require 2-3 days per week in our Exeter office.

    Your focus will be on creating and executing HR strategies that drive our organisation, cultivate a positive workplace, and help our employees grow.

    You'll lead HR business partnerships, people development programs, policy management, and payroll and benefits. Strategic Planning

    Collaborating with our Chief People Officer and leadership team to identify HR priorities and create plans that match our company's long-term vision.

    Data-Driven Decision Making

    Using HR data and metrics to measure the success of our initiatives and identify trends.
    Compliance and Risk Management

    Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential HR-related risks.
    Maintain up-to-date documentation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
    Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    Payroll and Benefits Administration

    Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    Conduct benchmarking analyses to make suggestions for improvements to our benefits package.
    Lead the integration of HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve reporting capabilities.
    Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and trends to make strategic recommendations for implementation.
    Team Management and Development

    Lead a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.

    Excellent relationship building and people skills with the ability to inspire, coach and empower the team members to deliver high quality service to the organisation.
