Salary £22,600

Shift: 40 hours

Work pattern:
Monday to Friday - flexibility
will be required based on the operational needs of the business

You will play an integral and leading role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment.

  • A good understanding of operational processes
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Able to work in a demanding environment
  • Previous warehouse management experience required within a Supply Chain environment (preferable but not essential)

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
  • Be able to work in a prison environment
  • To reconcile stock levels
  • To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Managing a group of Prisoners in a work environment
