This leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer looking for a role where they can contribute as a key member of the Corporateteam.

Its' commercial law offering is both diverse and strong. It covers most areas of commercial law including Company &Commercial (often called "CoCo"), Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property and Employment. Within those broad heading lies a range of solutions.


OVERVIEW:

Technical competence and confidence to handle the broad remit of corporate matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting role.

The successful Corporate Lawyer will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach andbe a true team player.

Working as part of a larger team on transactions you will have the opportunity to work on your own portfolio of clients and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
