Customer Service Administrator

Didcot

Up to £24k dependant on experience
Our client is a customer focussed professional firm providing compliant business services to a wide range of companies.


As their commitment to the high levels of service they provide, continues and their client numbers increase, they are looking for a great all round administrator and customer service person to work in their Customer Excellence team.


Duties will include:

  • Meeting and Greeting clients in person and on the phone.
  • Arranging Meetings,meeting and event support including minutes, room preparation, information sent out etc
  • Filing, scanning and document management both electronic and paper
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks to support Customer Excellence Manager and other team members

The ideal person for this role will be:

  • A real people person with great communication skills, good personal presentation and a natural rapport builder
  • Experienced in a similar role with admin and customer focus
  • Well organised and able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Detail conscious
  • Keen to learn and seeking constant improvement
  • Car driver with own transport preferred
  • Business administration qualification would be an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office and generally "Tech Savvy".
This is a full-time office-based role, and the hours of work will be 9-5 Monday to Friday.
