    Job Title: Supply Teacher

    Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham

    Job Type: Contract, Full-Time and part-time hours available (flexability around working hours)

    Primary Industry: Secondary Education

    Salary: £120 - £140 Per day

    Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

    Skills: Must have recognised UK QTS in any subject, Must be confident within a classroom setting, Strong behaviour management skills, High level of professionalism

    Job Duties:

    • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different subjects
    • Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual pupils
    • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
    • Assess and record students' progress and provide constructive feedback
    • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective teaching strategies

    Required Qualifications:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

    Education:

    • Must have a PGCE in any Secondary School subject.

    Experience:

    • Prior experience working as a teacher in a classroom setting (ECT's and more experienced teachers encouraged to apply).

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent understanding of the UK curriculum and educational practises
    • Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and ensure student engagement
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Additional certifications in specific subject areas
    • Experience working with diverse student populations

    Working Conditions:

    • Full-time position with regular school hours
    • Opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment
    • Potential for occasional travel to different school locations within the region

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
