    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning professional to join our team on a six month fixed term contract as the Funding and Quality Lead.

    Overseeing the funding and quality team you would be responsible for the day to day delivery of our contracts whilst also maintaining awareness of the apprenticeship and adult education sector and any changes that could impact our delivery.

    You would play a key role in our funding compliance, the quality of the day to day delivery and the effective running of the team.

    We are looking for someone with a background in this sector who has good knowledge of the industry with a desire to drive consistency in quality and compliance.

    We are looking for a great communicator who has the ability to manage a busy workload, in return you would be part of a friendly and talented team at a pivotal time in the transformation of the Capita Learning proposition.

    Quality Lead Job Description:
    Drive cohesion and collaboration across our Funded learning and Fire Service College (FSC) teams.

    Manage the Planning and Scheduling Team to achieve efficient and timely scheduling of FSC courses and the associated resources to enable the delivery of a high-quality training experience.

    Review current Quality assurance processes to ensure they are rigorous and support Audit requirements.
    A proven track record in the funded learning/adult education sector
    Ideally some team management experience
