You'll be part of a further education college that's truly committed to changing lives and fostering prosperity within the nearby communities, by focusing on both personal and professional growth.


  • Salary of £33,013 plus benefits
  • Opportunities available throughout Wiltshire
  • Chippenham, Lackham, Trowbridge and Salisbury
  • Both temporary and permanent Career Team Leader positions available (£25 £27 per hour for temporary team leaders)
  • Assume a leadership role in the formulation and execution of a strategic plan for Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG)
  • Provide guidance to College Management and Senior Management Teams regarding policies, strategies, and resource management

A bit about you

  • Level 6 qualification in IAG or be able to evidence experience high quality guidance in a school/college environment.
  • You should be able to demonstrate a comprehension of Government policies and initiatives related to learning and skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the education and qualification system
