Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SQL Analyst / Developer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions team.

and enhancing the business's lead management and CRM capabilities
BI analysts with accurate and relevant application data
business insights and predictive models developed by the BI team into self-optimising, productionised systems within the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines and queries to extract complex datasets needed for our business intelligence and reporting needs.

Additionally, the candidate will be involved in writing production-level code to support the organisation's various CRM and lead-management applications and systems.

Data Extraction and Transformation:

Design and develop data pipelines and queries, for efficient data extraction and transformation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of BI solutions.

Business Intelligence:

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Development and maintenance of complex datasets needed for reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or similar

Write and maintain production-level code to support lead management and CRM applications and systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with software developers to integrate SQL components seamlessly into applications.

Performance Tuning and Support:

Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Conduct regular reviews of SQL code and queries for performance improvements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a SQL Analyst / Developer with a focus on BI and productionlevel code.
Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Knowledge of software development best practices and ability to write productionlevel performant SQL code.
Must be happy to commute to our head office in Windsor, Berkshire at least once a week.

Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.

AWS, Azure).
Programming skills in languages such as C# or Python
