As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will have responsibility for assisting in the management of a business and a team.

As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively whilst ensuring high quality care is provided.

To apply for this role, you will either be an experienced Deputy Home Manager, or a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead.

The role will include both leading on the floor and supernumerary shifts.

Criteria for the role of Deputy Home Manager include:

Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN – RGN or RMNExperience leading a teamExperience working within an elderly care setting.
