We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for an industry leading, international company based in Ampthill (Bedfordshire).


The aim of this role will be to provide support to the wider sales team as well as being a point of contact for internal departments.

This position will be full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, this is a fully officed based position (with potential to be flexible on a hybrid pattern if essential).


  • Assist the UK sales team in the preparation of customer specification sheets and customer set up's.
  • Support the sales team with general presentation materials and meeting notes.
  • Responsible for all sample requests, organisation, and tracking. Prepare samples for meetings, trade shows and presentations.
  • Partner with the marketing team to support consumer and trade marketing activities such as trade shows and photoshoots.
  • Distribute regular updates on forecast, products, and initiatives to customer base.
  • Monitor online and instore product listings for accounts, ensuring consistency in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge on the whole product range.
  • Support the General Manager & Finance Director with adhoc tasks.
  • Support the EU Operations Manager in busy times with order entry and consumer services.
  • Provide general administration support for the sales team. (diary's, travel, meetings, printing, filing)

Skills required:


  • A strong desire to be in Sales, Marketing and Customer service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment that requires problemsolving & forwardthinking.
  • You will need energy, enthusiasm, and a good sense humour.
