Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive well being activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional health among residents.
  • Collaborate with the care teams to assess residents needs and design tailored well being activities
  • Make connections with outside sources to create events when suitable.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all activities.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in developing and implementing well being activities would be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with residents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in (Word, Excel, Canva would be an advantage)
  • Experience working in a care home setting would be an advantage
