Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive well being activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional health among residents.
- Collaborate with the care teams to assess residents needs and design tailored well being activities
- Make connections with outside sources to create events when suitable.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all activities.
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing well being activities would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with residents
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in (Word, Excel, Canva would be an advantage)
- Experience working in a care home setting would be an advantage
