    Mercia Primary Academy Trust consists of three Academies; Lark Hall Infant & Nursery Academy, Flax Hill Junior Academy and Lakeside Primary School.

    Enthusiastic and talented teaching assistant required to help pupils reach their potential and to provide support to teachers throughout the school. The role will initially be working alongside a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic Educators. This role is to work on a fixed term bases to support children with additional needs.

    The successful candidate should be prepared to work at any of the schools within the Multi Academy Trust; however, the position is initially based at Lark Hall Infant and Nursery Academy.

    All schools in the MAT have extremely high staff retention rates.

    Contract term: Fixed Term until July 2024 with the possibility of an extended or permanent contract becoming available, depending on funded hours.
