    About the role

    Due to its continuing success, and to strengthen and enhance the Training Delivery Team, CDS DS is looking for a Support Co-ordinator. This administrative role will sit within the Training Delivery Team. The role will be part time (20 hrs per Week) and hybrid in nature, with flexibility given regarding when those hours are completed within our core business hours.

    We are looking for someone that is comfortable being part of a team and that can learn quickly. You will have a keen eye for detail and quality of output, be an excellent communicator (both written and oral) and able to work well under pressure. An ability to learn and follow process is vital.

    Due to the nature of our business, we take security very seriously and require all employees to hold the necessary security clearances. Ideally, you will already hold either SC or DV Security clearance or are willing to undergo security clearances as required.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting directly to the Training Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Acting as first point of contact for all customer enquiries for CDS DS training delivery courses by email or phone
    • Act as a point of contact for external providers
    • Planning and scheduling of courses, booking and invoicing of delegates
    • Resource planning and allocation of CD DS training resource.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience
    The successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

    • Experience within a support role and experience of using a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) or similar platforms. Training will be provided
    • Excellent Office 365 skills
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Strong communication skills with both internal staff and external customers.
