    Role: Business Development Manager

    Salary: £35-40k basic, £65k ote (uncapped) + £5k car allowance

    Location: North West (4 days field/WFH, 1 day office)

    Sector: Specialist Construction

    The Company:

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, hunter focused sales professional to join a specialist construction business focusing on the bespoke glass market. They already work with big names in the market such as DOMIS & Renicabuild, and they've just completed a major project on Blackfriars House. The company are now looking to expand their sales team with someone who is looking to grow long term with the business into a Sales Director role.

    The role will involve covering the North West territory to win new corporate business. The company is based in Stockport and the successful candidate will be expected to touch base into the office occasionally.

    The responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email & LinkedIn
    • Manage the full B2B 360 sales cycle
    • Win new business through F2F meetings
    • Responsible for nurturing relationships
    • Account management

    The essential requirements:

    • Cold outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction sector
    • Face to face/field sales experience
    • Must have managed the full 360 sales cycle
    • Driving License & Own Car
