Machine Operator
We are looking for two skilled Machine Minders for a company in Dudley.

These positions are rotating shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri with overtime flexibility when required.

£ £11.50 based on experience on experience.

The job role:

Cost effective packaging of the Company's & contract customer products
Maintaining line efficiency at or above published targets
Ensures that packaged goods meet the specification for product/package
Perform operational duties as directed by Team Leaders
Demonstrate flexible working within trained capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs duties necessary to carry out packaging of products according to the program
Prepares and runs allocated machine within guidelines
Carries out basic repairs / maintenance following training from Engineer.
Uses skills and experience to correct operational problems/ advise pertinent matters to management / engineers/colleagues
Carries out all operator quality checks and records all required line / machine documentation as per the relevant procedure.
