- Set up and maintain your Multi Activity area to be attractive for the children
- Follow policies to ensure children have fun in a safe environment
- Plan and conduct exciting and safe sessions aligned with received training
- Provide safety instructions, demonstrations, and supervision
- Meet children's needs with active attention throughout the day
- Complete session-related paperwork accurately
- Encourage children's active participation
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Regularly check the equipment and ensure site tidiness
- Ensure the safe use of provided equipment
- Lead Motor Mania skills course
- Complete the FREE 1-day Multi Activity course
- Be 18 or above
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Provide satisfactory references
- Be enthusiastic, caring, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Attend necessary training events
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Organize suitable activities for children
- Encourage participation in new activities
- Monitor children's behavior and whereabouts
- Follow camp procedures and guidelines
- Be a positive role model promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Report any Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Deliver Skills Builder sessions as needed
- Support swimming sessions if required
- Perform tasks as per business objectives
