The Role

As Area Manager you will be responsible for the management, operation and financial performance of a collection of existing venues in London. You will support with new openings and work closely with high performance General Managers to achieve results and drive this brand forward

You will be responsible for setting clear objectives and guidelines for your team, delivering the company vision and measuring success accordingly.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have previous Area Management experience within a multi-site operation and a proven track record driving results. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be comfortable leading from the front within a fast-paced environment, where you will need to think on your feet and react to the demands of a growing brand
