Description
We are currently working with a well-renowned international law firm, who are recruiting for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer with ideally 6+ years of post-qualification experience for a 13-month FTC.
This role is a part-time role working 3-4 days a week looking to start ASAP.Key responsibilities include overseeing more junior members of the team and working directly with key accounts/clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a solid experience working with the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Leasehold Reform Act 1967, Tenant Fees Act 2019 and the Rent Act 1977.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the real estate sector.
