Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Effectively lead, manage and coach the Projects team to ensure they maximise their potential and consistently deliver industryleading executions for our clients.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are clear and kept accountable for their contributions to projects and the success of its execution.
  • Work with senior management and Head of Departments (HoDs) to cost projects (existing client and new business) in a commercially and operationally efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the creative, and more specifically, production industry.
  • Works closely with the Creator Studio to ensure the highest levels of qualitycontrol across all touchpoints.
  • Keep the senior leadership team informed of any issues affecting the overall health of client relationships and any proactive solutions to remedy these.
  • Lead internal training sessions to educate the team and wider agency on bestinclass project management practices.
  • Support the team on identifying and mitigating project issues and risks.
  • Be an expert at resource management and forecasting capacity needs for the team.
  • Be a clear, concise and confident communicator both internally and externally (client and industry comms).
For the project delivery elements of the role;

  • Interrogate briefs and immerse yourself in our clients' worlds, bringing your unique executional perspective and skills to each creative project that you own or support the team with.
  • Write and submit production briefs as approved by the Creative, Social Media Management and Client Services teams.
  • Negotiate fairly to ensure the maximum possible value for the agency and our clients, whilst making sure quality remains paramount.
  • Write production plans and ensure the seamless delivery of all creative outputs.
  • Organises and hosts preproduction meetings ahead of shoots.
  • Partners with internal teams to obtain internal creative approvals prior to client delivery. Then works in conjunction with Client Services to obtain client amends and approvals.
  • Plans, prioritises and secures creative and production resources along with our Resource
