We have an exciting, new vacancy for a great client of ours based in Sheffield.

They are looking for an experience HR Professional to join their small friendly team as a People and Culture Manager.

This role will be working closely with the directors and the wider team, you will be an HR generalist and will be responsible for providing HR guidance and support to the organisation in all areas of people development and management, including employee engagement,recruitment and retention, health and safety, well-being, talent development and performance management.


Essential experience:

  • Experience working in a charity/non profit organisation would be ideal
  • Significant experience in operational HR, ideally in a small or medium sized businesses
  • Leading and managing change
  • Recruitment
  • Coaching managers


  • HR qualification

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Natural collaboration skill
  • Able to handle confidential information in a sensitive and trustworthy way
  • Excellent office IT skills
