Are you an experienced Buyer? Do you have extensive experience within a highly regulated or manufacturing industry? I want to talk to you I am looking for an experienced Buyer to join a leading Engineering and Manufacturing organisation on full time and permanent basis.

You will be responsible for demand determination, order and expediting activities in line with business needs and maintenance of internal data systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience within a Procurement or Supply Chain position within a similar industry.


Buyer Permanent Monday to Thursday:
8.30am to 5pm and Friday: 8.30am to 1.30pm

Work closely with internal customers to identify, develop and deliver effective commodity strategiesEnsure that deliveries are scheduled from appropriate sources of supply to support customer demand whilst satisfying business requirementsVerify demand driven by MRP and take appropriate actions in response to changes in demand, inventory levels, supply issues etc.

Resolve any day-to-day issues and support wider supply chain performance objectives.
Buyer Essential Experience/Skills/QualificationsStrong experience working within a Procurement/Supply Chain role.
Capable of driving projects through to completion.
Computer literacy including competence in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Word & SAP.
