    This is a great opportunity for a focussed individual, who is able to work closely within a small but effective team.

    About the Sales Administrator Role:

    • Temporary position for 3-6 month period to start 15th April 2024
    • Monday to Friday - no weekends
    • 30-35 hours per week (can be flexible with working hours, including school hours)
    • Based in Cheney Manor, Swindon
    • £12.85 per hour
    • Weekly pay
    Duties for the Sales Administrator role will include:
    • Receive and process sales orders accurately onto Excel based CRM system
    • Processing of invoices using SAGE Accountancy Software
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Data entry / transferring of data
    Key Skills / Attributes required for the Sales Administrator role:
    • Experience of using SAGE Accountancy Software
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
