    About the Company:

    This great company is a privately-owned mortgage broker with offices in London, Monaco & Dubai. They arrange finance for high net worth individuals and companies on a global scale - all of whom buy and sell properties in the UK and Europe.

    They are a young and growing company with an excellent name in the market and an enviable list of clients.

    The Role:

    As a Relationship Manager, you will sit in the team responsible for providing new business leads to the firm's mortgage brokers. You will be based in the Baker Street office, work in a small team and assist the Head of Client Services in:

    • Speaking to potential inbound mortgage customers (over phone, email and our website), noting down their mortgage requirements, capturing their financial information, putting them through to the most suitable mortgage broker (through appointment or live transfer), and ensuring all activity is logged on the CRM database.
    • Make outbound calls to ex-clients, prospects and potential new introducers to the business through targeted lists – in order to maintain and develop client relationships and new business
    • Requirements:Experience in a client-relationship role (preferably within the mortgage sector, or within another finance/financial services role)
    • Familiarity with office and phone systems, including experience in using CRM software (i.e. Salesforce, Apptivo etc.)
    • Foreign languages preferred but not essential – most notably: French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic or Mandarin

    • the ability to work quickly, efficiently, independently and in a self-driven manner
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • a strong attention to detail
    • excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to organise, break down, and articulate ideas confidently and fluently, as well as having experience in dealing with HNW and UHNW individuals
    • prior sales experience (preferably within the mortgage or wider financial services industry)
    • excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle various task at once
    • good stamina, with the capacity to make a sizeable volume of daily outbound calls
    • an outgoing personality, and be able to thrive a fast-moving sales environment
