Teesside

Permanent

£25,000 per annum

Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to announce that we are working with a key client based in Teesside that are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their existing team.

Responsibilities:

Chasing overdue outstanding debt

Speak to debtors to ensure that invoices have arrived correctly and understand if there are any reasons behind the delay in payments

Match and identify ledger on the system

Organising direct debit collections

Taking legal action as and when required

Credit checks

Bad debt tracking

Maintain and update customer accounts and records

Requirements:

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

Strong customer engagement skills

Good written and oral communication skills
**Good numerical skills
