Manchester (Hybrid)

I've partnered with a leading FinTech company in Manchester to bolster their product team with a data driven
Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing product features, ensuring top-tier user experience, and supporting their development team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse user requirements, ensuring that they are clearly understood
Translate user requirements into technical specifications that the development team can use
Test and debug the product to ensure it meets quality standards and offers an exceptional user experience
Identify areas of improvement in our workflows and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
Monitor product performance, providing datadriven insights to the product team to inform decisionmaking
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on product management and development
Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
