£34,469 per annum (inclusive of car allowance).
As an Asset Condition Surveyor you will support the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and associated policies/plans, enabling the delivery of a best in sector strategic asset management service.
Working with a team, this will include carrying out specific property surveys, technical inspections, providing technical advice and solutions as well as completing contract administration.
