Medical Receptionist
10.50 / 11.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Temping and ongoing placements.
Full and Part-time hours available.
We require EMIS or System 1 trained Medical Receptionists who are looking to work on a temping basis. We have multiple vacancies available with a range of hours.
Please see below for the areas in which we currently have openings.
London W2, W1, WC1, SE1, SE11, SW8, N16, N11, SE14, SE13, SE17, WC2H, E5 postcodes.

Your duties will include:

  • Booking appointments into the EMIS system
  • Taking calls and speaking to patients
  • Handling queries in a timeeffective manner
  • Organising and prioritising your workload
  • Travelling between the sites when required

About you:

  • MUST have experience with EMIS web / System 1 (if there is no experience with EMIS web or System 1 you will not be considered).
  • Positive, cando attitude and attention to detail
  • Patient and kind with a great telephone manner
  • Wellpresented and professional
