I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Corporate team of a highly regarded law firm based in central Leeds.

This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone with who is organised, enthusiastic, able to prioritise the demands of the busy department and has excellent communication and team working skills.


Duties will include opening new files, maintaining documents through the Company's SOS case management system, typing using our digital dictation system, copy typing amendments and formatting large Word documents, collating and maintaining effective filing systems, dealing with telephone calls and many other administrative duties dependent upon the needs of the business.

No legal experience is required as full training will be given. A good knowledge of Microsoft is essential.

This will be predominantly office based with a possibility of some hybrid working.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Leeds
