Although you'll be a homebased colleague, you might sometimes need to be physically present at another location or be expected to travel to a Thirteen hub for collaborative work. _

The Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Performance Support role to join our growing team responsible for recording and monitoring building compliance data.

The position will play a critical role in supporting the desired impacts and achieving the highest possible standards of quality and performance.


This position complements the work of the team to develop the compliance software we use to report on building compliance to customers, the Leadership team and regulatory authorities.

Reporting to the Compliance Performance Lead, the role will work closely with other teams within Thirteen as well as contractors to ensure compliance information is being captured in a timely and accurate manner.


This opportunity is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills and comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing several challenges.


The Person:


We're looking for someone who has experience of working with large and complex data sets in order to support operational delivery outcomes.

You must have the ability to analyse and interpret data from a wide variety of sources, using data visualisation to present to audiences in a way that makes complex information easy to understand.

Advanced Excel skill are key, including they ability to merge, analyse and consolidate data using pivot tables, functions and charts.


Are you self-motivated with the ability to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks to meet deadlines, confident communicator, adept at communicating complex detail through a variety of mediums and to a range of audiences? Do you have a strong determination and analytical and inquisitive approach to work and to motivate others?
