Emerging Talent Coordinator - Middlesbrough, United Kingdom - Thirteen
Description
Role Category - the way you'll work:
This role is categorised as a roam role.
Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers.
Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity.
This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity available within our Learning and Organisational Development team as an Emerging Talent Co-ordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
You'll lead on the recruitment, induction and co-management of apprentices, developing a range of methods to enhance their learning experience and monitor their progress, as they journey through their apprenticeship standard.
You'll have a key role in nurturing this emerging talent, as we're committed to 'growing our own' colleagues and leaders of the future.
The Person:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing others; you'll be creative, self-motivated and able to prioritise a busy workload alongside project work.
You'll have experience in building and maintaining relationships with external providers and our colleagues, collaborative working and facilitating engaging training sessions.
Previous experience of working with apprentices and an understanding of how apprenticeships work would be beneficial, but this isn't essential.
The future is exciting, and we only want the best to be part of it.
At Thirteen we're about homes and so much more
:
At Thirteen, we're more than just a landlord. We believe everyone is an individual. That's why we don't just provide properties; we offer a home to suit each person's needs.
And we're not just about somewhere to live; our range of extra services means we can give people a helping hand specifically tailored to them if they need it.
So come and be part of making a difference. Great days for everyone are made at Thirteen.
Are you up for the challenge of bringing our vision to life and having great days at work?:
