    Overview:

    Linking Humans, a renowned partner for ServiceNow Recruitment, is in search of a talented ServiceNow Architect for an exciting 6-week contract opportunity.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • ServiceNow Capability Assessment:
      Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and business processes to assess the feasibility of integrating ServiceNow solutions.
    • Boundary Definition:
      Define the boundaries and limitations of ServiceNow within the organizational setting, considering technical, operational, and business constraints.
    • Commercial Analysis:
      Analyze the commercial impacts of ServiceNow implementation, including licensing requirements, cost-benefit assessments, and return on investment.
    • Licensing Recommendations:
      Offer expert advice on the appropriate number and types of ServiceNow licenses required, tailored to the organization's size, needs, and budget.
    • Strategic Planning:
      Create a detailed plan for the integration of ServiceNow, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and gain support across departments.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
      Generate comprehensive reports and documentation based on the feasibility study, including results, suggestions, and action plans.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect, specializing in feasibility studies and integration strategies.
    • Thorough understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations.
    • Strong analytical abilities for commercial and technical assessments.
    • Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
    • Experience with CSDM, CMDB, Custom Ap, Ap Engine, AssetManagement would be beneficial.
