Commercial Property - Senior Associate - up to £140,000 salary
The Role
This Top-Tier practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of investors, developers and lenders.
Due to the expansion of the firm's Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Associate with 4+ years of PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of landlord & tenant, asset management and due diligence.
The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer with experience gained in a city firm, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
