Nairn's Oatcakes are a growing award-winning biscuit manufacturer. With strong values at the root of its culture, Nairn's is a forward looking and supportive company. An excellent opportunity has arrived at our Bonnyrigg factory for a day shift bakery production operator.

The Role:

As a Production Operator will work within our bakery department

Producing mixes in accordance with the recipe sheet
Ensuring required records are completed accurately
To competently operate food manufacturing equipment.
Ensure compliance with Every Day Quality processes.
Carry out and record quality checks' ensuring appropriate action is taken when parameters are out of spec.
Complete necessary computer / paperbased documentation.
Take personal responsibility for health, safety and working environment.
Maintain high standard of hygiene and housekeeping.
To attend to basic equipment nonconformance/breakdown.
Build pallets of biscuits according to different pallet specification.
Includes some manual lifting

The Shift 06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday.

Rate of pay £11.02/hr to £12.37/hr when fully trained
