Working with a broad client base, from start-ups to multinationals who are often moving abroad for the first time, the team work with companies as a whole and with individual employees to help them with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

You'll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners to help businesses effectively.

The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business.

You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate.

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc
Staff management and mentoring experience
