Location:
Manchester


Hours:
Mon-Fri 8-4pm or 9-5pm

Our client is looking for x3 hard-working individuals to join their company on a Temp-Perm basis. Working for a well-established company that owns and manages over 24,000 homes across the North West.


What does the role involve?

  • Ensure providing an excellent service whilst maintaining service levels and standards.
  • You will be first point of contact for customers, understanding the nature of the customer enquiry.
  • Logging repairs, booking appointments and dealing with general queries.
  • Inputting, recording and collating customer information accurately using a variety of IT programmes.
  • Ensuring working towards KPI/SLA targets.

  • Ability to effectively communicate.
  • A collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Someone who is able to use own initiative to solve problems.
  • Organised and has a proactive approach.
  • Accurate and demonstrates attention to detail
