Thy are a well-established and highly successful company, that work on advanced projects across the UK and Ireland through a wide range of sectors.

We are looking to speak to candidates who meet the client's growth objectives, and progress the Design Team, and take the next step in their career. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, competitive salary, private health care, pension, 28 days holiday. Day to day:

• Project Design Management, Implement and Manage BIM on all projects.
• Lead on the design and development of new Off-Site Building Projects.
• Develop your ideas from concept to production.
• Liaison with senior management and wide range of stakeholders.
• Client visitations and market research for construction methods and modular solutions.
• Reviewing and preparation of design drawings, problem solving and innovation.

Experience:

• Degree educated in Construction and hold a RIBA Qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Architectural Design / Off-Site Construction.
• Proficient in 2D and 3D Design including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Extensive Knowledge of UK and Ireland Building Regulations, planning legislation, construction detailing, sustainability carbon neutral and net-zero initiatives.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, deal with clients and internal teams.
• Hold a valid UK driving license and ability to travel when necessary.
