Compliance Administrator/Assistant


Reports to:
Training and Compliance Manager, Office Admin Manager.

Main duties of the job:

Day to day responsibilities as agreed with Line Manager to include:

  • Provision of admin and PA support to the compliance team
  • General admin and PA duties including filing, data entry, correspondence and assisting in the management of communication and paperwork, assisting the Training Administrator with managing the training diary, assisting with travel arrangements/ organisation, assisting with general telephone duties.
  • Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement changes within the organisation
  • Assist Line Manager to liaise with external organisations to improve and update quality and compliance paperwork as required
  • Assist Line Manager and Recruiter with DBS checks and reference requests for new recruits
  • Maintain documentation, databases, and paperwork for all services.
  • Gathering information for OFSTED and CQC registration.
  • Assist Office Admin Manager with due diligence paperwork for commissioning councils
  • Assisting the CQC manager and OFSTED manager with all compliance paperwork
  • Ensuring client and staff records are GDPR compliant
  • Other duties including working with other members of the admin team as required and providing cover for any absences.

Qualifications or experience sufficient to perform the job role above

At least 3 years experience in a similar admin role

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

An understanding of compliance and its importance within an office

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Flexible attitude to work and ability to manage own workload

Adaptable and willing to work as part of a busy team

Full driving license
